Right, blacks got to keep blaming black politicians on their failures. Let's talk about successful black areas and countries. You start....

Let's talk about successful black areas and countries.

Can you name a single black city or country that hasn't been actively destroyed by outside forces? The continent of africa has been exploited for centuries by extremely wealthy powers, so it would be unfair to discuss africa in comparison to other nations. You can't really compare black-majority american cities to white-majority american cities because white-majority people often have some higher degree of generational wealth and additionally don't have to and have never had to deal with systemic discrimination to any real degree.

So what country or city would you like to discuss that would in any capacity be a fair comparison? Because I can't think of a single one.

The brief colonization of Africa was one of the best things to ever happen for them. Not only was capital introduced, but valuable infrastructure was created, roads, schools, law and order, agricultural advancement, hospitals, et cetera. And what was exploited? Resources that Africans had very little, if any, historical interest in.

The fact is that after hundreds of thousands of years of living within the constraints of a tribal based society, Africans inherently did not develop higher social organizational skills. If you find a few random outliers, it's apparent they have a higher degree of arab/Caucasian admixture and/or environmental influence.

Left to their own, without outside influence to abate them. Blacks invariably regress back to a more disorganized tribal structure while destroying every advancement given to them.

The Chinese have figured this out, now that they have taken on the burdensome task of trying to rebuild the infrastructure in Africa that Europeans have long since abandoned. Very interesting documentary if you care enough to think outside the box. Ya ya shure you do.

Not only was capital introduced

Capital was only introduced to those that had significant bargaining power in industry.

schools

To my knowledge there hasn't even been any significant effort to build schools in africa until the late 1900s.

law and order

Whatever law has been introduced doesn't seem to be quite effective. Much of africa is either what is essentially a warzone or complete slums. What law exactly do you think the colonizers of africa have introduced that is so worthwhile?

And what was exploited? Resources that Africans had very little, if any, historical interest in.

But those resources are still valuable, and not other's to exploit. If africa had ever previously possessed the means to mine and export the resources they have in abundance I don't think they'd be anywhere near the state they are currently in.

Left to their own, without outside influence to abate them. Blacks invariably regress back to a more disorganized tribal structure while destroying every advancement given to them.

You better have a hefty citation on this one. Because the history you're trying to point to does not support this premise at all

now that they have taken on the burdensome task of trying to rebuild the infrastructure in Africa that Europeans have long since abandoned

The Belt and Road initiative functions by burdening africa with mounds of debt that it will never fully climb out of while china rapes their nation. The Belt and Road Initiative will only ever benefit China, as they have all the power to control and manipulate any deals struck as well as not truly caring about any regulations. If it is not already common knowledge to you that China loves to skirt around and violate regulation I would be more than happy to post some highlights.

Very interesting documentary

I've already watched Empire of Dust. Its just a movie about China abusing the laborers of africa. Or atleast thats what I took from it.

Thank you for the response. Capital was given in the form of public works to develop various regions. This does not include the 600 billion of foreign aid dumped into Africa since 1960 alone.

Whatever law has been introduced doesn't seem to be quite effective. Much of africa is either what is essentially a warzone or complete slums. What law exactly do you think the colonizers of africa have introduced that is so worthwhile?

Law and order meaning a system of courts for justice. Whereupon killing someone's cow no longer resulted in a tribal mass murdering event. Though you proved my earlier point. Without mediation from non Africans they quickly regress into tribal warfare, disorder and poverty as witnessed by your statement. Also, widely apparent from rudimentary experiential observation. Wakanda is fiction of the highest degree.

But those resources are still valuable, and not other's to exploit. If africa had ever previously possessed the means to mine and export the resources they have in abundance I don't think they'd be anywhere near the state they are currently in.

What good are these valuable resources if collectively Africans, on average, lack the co-operative capacity to extract those resources? This was covered by the Empire Of Dust documentary. Seems you missed the plot. Without consistent outside influences, everything in Africa crumbles into dust.

China was invited in, and certainly more cruel by first-hand account than earlier Europeans. I'm certain, as soon as the whites aren't paying attention that the Chinese intend on genociding wide swaths of Africa for literal colonization, not just the arbitrary economic kind.

It's time for this particular topic to mature and move beyond a juvenile blame someone else game and throwing money at a problem. No more excuses. Policies need to be tailored toward cooperatively working with african's unique cognition of nationhood and civilization in general.
