Whites command institutional power and run a system that benefits them at the expense of all other identity groups. You think anyone would have paid attention to her if she wasn't white and blonde? "They're not gonna really care."

How's that an answer, we were talking about Greta and the UN and how it seemed to look like to me that you were saying that you only dislike Greta because the color of her skin... And now some CNN (American) bullshit is thrown in.

Maybe I should have been more clear: If she was a different skin color would YOU have liked her message?

Also how is she blonde? Are we even talking about the same person?

For those that consider this to be an attack on Greta's speech in an attempt to marginalize white culture, well - actually, you're probably right there. Inevitably attempting to broaden accessibility for marginalized groups will come at the cost of the dominant groups. There's only so much attention in the world, and at the moment it is disproportionately directed towards one group. If that upsets you, well - you're on the way out and crying about it won't help.

Getting mad about a 16-year old girl for being white, that will teach ehm!

It's detrimental if you agree with her message but only because she's white (not blonde though) not.

It doesn't upset me, it does add up in my view of America, never encountered it in an interactive form.
