I've spent much of the day responding to comments on Saidit. Some responses do not have to be so long. The serious answer to your comment is that those who are buying politicians and the politicians who are bought are all part of a US network that resembles a Nazi/Republican (ref to Machiavelli) control structure, and they do indeed control and protect trillions in governmental appropriations and corporporate profits, of which Big pharma is but a small member of the process.

Ok, fair enough.

Do you believe the democrats are any less guilty in all of what you described? Perhaps a conversation for another time. But back to the post we are discussing here currently it is clearly pandemic related and is describing a very right wing power hungry NAZI government of which our current one is doing its best impression of while calling themselves left wing liberals and those opposing their mandates as Nazis. And we have a democrat majority across the board.

If we want to compare and contrast GOP and Democrats, look at the legislation. The GOP pass legislation that will only help the 1%, with expensive tax cuts, military profiteering &c. The party that consistently tries to pass legislation that will help the 99% is the Democratic party, with, for example, the recent infrastructure bill. The party of obstruction is GOP, whereas the party of progress is Democrat.
