I've read through all currrent 12 comments; very interesting. The map somewhat follows the world by way of development it looks like. I actually think it's somewhat fair. There's no fairness in IQ, or ability, and I do think it's related to 'tribe', demographics, and even sociology.

On that note though, IQ testing seems really jaded to me, and there are different forms of intelligence out there. I mean, I've seen a retarded guy come up with 'the solution' when three normal men were also analyzing.

Shoot, intelligence, and ideas may not be any better than what some alien beams into our husks.
