Considering the "work" done by US-inmates this is a crystal-clear violation of the 13. Amendment.

But who actually gives a fuck, when there is an "industry" of ticks filling their pockets with it behind it shilling for it perpetually.

No it's not. Let's take a look at what the 13th amendment actually says:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

They never outlawed slavery, just limited it.

Ok, you're right, legally speaking. And it is insightful, as it is.

But when criminals make the laws, you see what happens...

I know this is just another flavor of bs, but ethically speaking it isn't fair when laws only are a applied to a poor majority. And rich ticks seemingly always can evade them.
