Gauß and all German oldschool geodetics are laughing at all of these: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gau%C3%9F-Kr%C3%BCger-Koordinatensystem .

I still save all my own measurements in G-K-coordinates even though they declared them to be obsolete in favour for UTM-coordinates cause of so called "international harmonization" of coordinates. But why the fuck should i take shitty coordinates when i don't have to ? Heights in UTM are almost completely useless for geodetic purposes, especially when generated with GPS.

It is in fact not that easy to transform UTM into G-K back again depending on where you are in relation to the meridian.

On the other hand: This was probably the most serious reason i learned C twenty years ago.

You could possibly also use this but i didn't look into it: https://www.koordinaten-umrechner.de/decimal/52.516221,13.392334?karte=OpenStreetMap&zoom=12
