Why not? I mean if their desire to shock and disgust real people is not satisfied without wearing diapers, then why wouldn't this be just another circle they go around in as they flush themselves into a sewer. But since they are wearing diapers, they will not need to flush or use toilets very often. I wonder if the combination of sensations that are learned and recognized as an toddler is potty trained will be lost if they start ignoring them?
