Wow. That’s an even higher number than I would have thought. I wonder if Reddit (like Twitter) attracts those with AGP. The way they talk and act (always super sexualized, EVERYTHING is masturbation fodder and big tiddie anime cat girls, going after underage kids to be “eggs”) is certainly very different from people struggling with gender dysphoria. These platforms seem to embolden them to get weirder and creepier, like they’re getting off on the exibitionism factor.

I also found these comments below the post very disturbing:

“At age 3, I was a witch for Halloween. Not a wizard or warlock or anything, a witch.

I wanted a dollhouse since I was a toddler, and asked for one repeatedly, to always be told "you don't really wan't that."

I loved Barbie toys and was jealous I didn't have anything like that available to me.

I wanted an easy-bake oven, but at that point knew better than to ask. My first serious case of dysphoria was when I realized I wouldn't ever grow breasts, but wanted to see what they were like anyway, and got really upset and depressed when I couldn't to it to my satisfaction. At about age 10. —————.
He originally just wanted some toys that were stereotypically “for girls”...seems like he felt so alienated by his family because they were backwards enough to tell a child he can’t have dolls or an oven that he started to embody those gender stereotypes by wanting to grow breasts. And no one pushing trans stuff is talking about this?!

The creepy AGP fetishists must be separated out from people who are just gender noncomforming who are being told to mutilate themselves because they wanted dollhouses as toddlers. They all need therapy, but these are VERY different issues.

The AGP fetishists often say they don’t feel any real dysphoria, they are aggressive “transbians”, some of them brag about using male privilege to their advantage, i.e., changing from a suit and tie at work into a dress at home, getting off on their own boobs, “girldick”, horny 24/7 on “euphoria”, etc.

Be aware that AGP rewrite their history.

One symptom of agp is having no real history of gender non conforming behaviour at all yet still coming out with one or two stories where they wanted girls things or dressed as a girl. In truely gnc people their whole childhoods are gnc not just one playtime.

Most kids have the experience of wanting something and not getting it. Most people would be able to find one similar experience to these in their pasts if they thought about it hard enough. This is pretty normal stuff forced to have deeper meaning by men trying to prove they are something they are not.

Was gonna say, some of the stories posted seem at odds. I was poking around on r/AskAGP and a bunch of trans AGP were openly admitting to making stuff up.

Yep, from what I’ve seen, AGP guys lie constantly anyway. Probably has a lot to do with the comorbidity of narcissistic traits, exhibitionism, and attention seeking. A lot of their “validation” tales are very much “everyone clapped” fodder.

I do believe that parents who enforce strict gender roles and shame their children for being different are causing long lasting psychological harm and that TRAs capitalize on that with the “egg” thing and how they target minors to recruit.

If the only toys they’re saying “no” to are “gendered” ones, it certainly leaves the child with a lasting message that their interests or personalities are wrong. I have seen parents shame little boys for wanting to play with dolls and tell them “no” and it wasn’t just the normal “no” for when parents are setting boundaries on number/expense of toys. I was met with shock and confusion and told I was being weird when I went to pick out some train toys for a 3 year old girl who explicitly asked FOR trains, and this was just a few years ago! What century are we in again? These people are still out there.

The “trans trending” which I think is different from AGP, might fall into this category of young people being utterly confused by all the mixed messages they are receiving. I very much believe AGP would lie or prey on young people who feel out of place in terms of gender roles, and spin tales to pull them in to the idea of transitioning. This black and white thinking they engage in just reinforces the same notion over and over.

And thinking about how you pointed out it’s not just ONE playtime or a couple toys, this guy said “I was not a warlock or wizard. I was a witch.” He was allegedly THREE. Kids of that age have no full understanding of sex or gender anyway. Lots of kids will have role play of the opposite sex. It means nothing in particular. Even if he wanted to grow breasts at ten, he realized he couldn’t....at least he kind of recognized bio. reality better at ten than he does as an adult (if this is even a true story). These therapists backing this up are lying and discouraging self-acceptance and reality. 🤦‍♀️

I feel so bad for the handful of HSTS on that board. Like, imagine being a gender nonconforming gay kid forced to live as a woman by society, and then to add insult to injury, you find yourself surrounded by adult straight men who treat what you're forced to do as some kind of fetish.

Completely agree. A few of the comments were like, "Uh, wtf, I never stole my sister's underwear...." or "You guys think this is a fetish...?" Must feel like waking up in a horror movie.
