Another piece of evidence I would offer is that of Indo-European culture dominance. When they went to India and became the upper-caste in a situation that mirrors what you propose in Egypt, you see Indo-European language dominate. Sanskrit is clearly derived from the same proto-indo-european language, and their mythology has direct correlation, such as the story of Prometheus having a nearly identical corresponding story in the Vedas.

But where is this evidence for Egypt? The ancient egyptian language is related to SEMITIC languages, and is Afro-Asiatic, not proto-indo-european. You would have to be proposing they went there, dominated, became the upper class, and did NOT import their language, culture, religion, agriculture or any other traditions, despite the fact that this people did just that everywhere else they went

Well, if you look at the PCA clusterings, you can see the populations they are nearest

The ancient populations nearest them are Levants from the middle east, and the modern populations they resemble are the Semitic groups, Palestinian, Lebanese Syrians, and also the Bedouins. European populations aren't anywhere in the vicinity

They made giant pyramids out of precision, sound-molded rocks, and these pyramids are in absolutely perfect alignment across continents. I don't think people being close by meant much to them. They had technologies that were more advanced than ours... Including electricity, planes, helicopters, etc.
