I rarely have any, and when I do, I tell them to FUCK RIGHT OFF. KNOWING that thoughts are trojan horses for dark forces is only the first step. Warring on them, shutting them out, living thought-free are all extensions of what begins as simply realizing this. True freedom does not come without this.
