But which kind of Pope? There are several popes in the middle east. Not counting the Vatican Pope who answers to the Black Pope. Popes used to be Caesars. The fall are a post punk band that released a single ( some time in the 80's ) about the poisoned pope who vowed to rid the church of corruption, as I recall.
