John Jacob Astor was probably murdered by J P Morgan on the Titanic. He was probably murdered because he strongly opposed the creation of the FED. He wasn't a good guy, but an enemy of the enemy, etc.

JP had made a huge production of loading valuable artwork onto the Titanic for it's maiden voyage. So Astor assumed it was safe, because JP was aboard. Astor was on the ship and was curiously absent, when the ship was being abandoned (the robber barons almost all survived. JP showed up in France 3 days later with his mistress, and all of his artwork. Seemingly oblivious. Oops...

Also, the Titanic that sunk was likely a refurbished Olympia (it's sister ship), which had been damaged on it's maiden voyage.

The # of windows on the front of the ships are the tell tale hints of the real backstory, as they couldn't make major changes in the available time period.

IIRC some British port corporation would have gone bankrupt if they had to cover the cost of the Olympia, so it was insurance fraud with additional nefarious benefits.
The congressional investigation was a cover up. I don't think that there was a proper British investigation.

The Captain was also an alleged Jesuit.

The Jesuits and a group of US financiers supposedly plotted the sinking in order to do away with certain enemies to their scheme to set the Federal Reserve. These included Benjamin Guggenheim, Isador Strauss and John Jacob Astor who all perished on the Titanic.

A lot of the Oceanic crew would not sail aboard the broken vessel renamed Titanic. Perhaps because of this there were several strange new recruits. (Assassins?) The captain was likely executed as punishment, as were the billionaires and their servants.

Suicide? Doubtful.

The nearby suspiciously idle SS Californian sat empty (except for 3,000 life jackets and 3,000 blankets) in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean but tragically missed the rescue signal flares. Naturally blame was misplaced, scapegoats were outcast, and secrets remained secured.

I'd been a 9/11 skeptic since day one and a truther since 2004, but in 2015 to find better solutions than the disappointing MSM lame-but-pretty documentaries I really began delving hard into alt-media for deeper alt-histories with superior contextualization and comprehension so I've been consuming as many new-to-me conspiracy theories as I could, including (initially) some of the ridiculous ones. I think, more importantly than sifting through the vast variety of videos is a comparison between a high-budget corporate SkyTV [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skytv] production for the mass UK audience and a lower-budget self-funded independent production that will never see broadcast air-time.

Regarding the end of this corporate "conspiracy debunking" video... I want to see more than a quick glimpse of the wreckage to know that I'm looking at the flat front of the Titanic wheelhouse and not the flat back wall of the Olympic wheelhouse. Dwelling on some details and flashing by others is a common propaganda trick to bias viewers to steer the narrative, manipulate minds, and manufacture consent for their social engineering goals. I can't speak to the authenticity of what Paddy is alleged to have claimed or not claimed as I haven't researched it nor did they provide citations, recordings, or anything but "he said" and we're to trust the media because they never intentionally lie. Ever.

The modern corporate media bait and switch about the vintage corporate marine bait and switch insurance scam.

Is any of this true or false? I can't say with any 100% certainty. Do the media ever lie? Over and over again. Do governments and corporations ever lie? Over and over again. What does this prove? Nothing by itself. But when it's added together with example after example, many connected, and many connected in less-than-obvious ways one may start to grasp a bigger picture and ulterior agendas behind deceptive narratives.

If I flip a coin there's a 50/50 chance it will land heads. To get heads twice is a 25% chance. To get head 3 times = 12.5% chance. 4 times = 6.25% chance. And so on. After a while you might say the chances are pretty slim, or you might say that it's a double headed coin or that it's rigged somehow. Just as in gambling "the house always wins", so too in life the corporatocracy always wins - until we can point out how they cheat us.

To say anyone would intentionally sink a huge ship with people on board is like saying someone would intentionally burn or collapse a skyscraper with people in it. (I would list all the examples of these historical to modern events but it diverges from my main point, is too big a task, and I just ate and need a nap.)

The Titanic Conspiracy - The Great Deception {John Hamer}

It's interesting how he makes the case that no passengers reported seeing an iceberg hit the ship, and only two crew members reported seeing it.
However, some witnesses did report seeing a ship leaving the scene. Some witnesses claimed that an icebreaker ship intentionally crashed into the ship; creating a 6 inch wide gash for over 300 feet.

You should post the link to this presentation. Maybe watch the last 20 mins for the Q&A refresher. Interesting stuff.

I'd never considered this much.

This brings to mind a side story that helps confirm the "official" narrative... After the Titanic sank they found the villainous iceberg because they found some tea cups on it as proof. I always thought that was a strange thing to find. Perhaps this is true or a concocted story. The Titanic china was the same as all other White Star Line china.

There's also the story of snowball fights on deck, allegedly scraped off the iceberg. In freezing temperatures snow could be made by frost and/or the bow's ocean spray collecting on deck. But who can know what's true anymore.

I think you just posted it. That's a great lecture. It's in that playlist. There's a lot in that playlist. But the idea is to keep the "lessons" as short as possible.

Nice! That is close to how I remembered the story. I reald about it in the pre-Corbett era, so the source was not as rigerous, and therefore somewhat questionable.
I hadn't heard about the other two billionaires, though. Thanks for the info.

Don't get me confused. JAMES CORBETT DID NOT REPORT THAT. That was me quoting myself in his comment section.

I was complaining because he hadn't yet (to my knowledge) reported on the "Titanic Conspiracy" and it'd be a really easy piece to do with abundant evidence, as would explaining the Holocaust exaggeration myth for exploitation. Not only would these be easy to do, they would be VERY impactful examples (if done properly) by illustrating that common "truths" we all believe are often exaggerations, myths, or utter fiction perpetuated in the media echo chamber. "I'm the king of the world!" will never be the same.

I wrote an article about James Corbett on Wikipedia. It was censored as were some of my other efforts and I was banned from WP for a year for being "another polite truther". I pasted that article on RationalWiki (who aren't very rational) before it landed at InfoGalactic ( https://infogalactic.com/info/James_Corbett_(journalist) ). IG is mostly alt-right but I'm anarcho-progressive trutherist and as long as I'm not censored I'm happy and they leave me alone. Very alone. There's virtually no community there. I really don't get it but I like the deep wiki. Anyways, a couple years ago the Washington Post did an article about Prop-Or-Not, a shady psy-op website, likely CIA or Mossad, who declare who's fake news, and while WaPo didn't directly acknowledge The Corbett Report (which might have actually granted him a foot into a place on WP) the Prop-Or-Not actually had a list of "fake news" including reference to my now-corrupted RationalWiki article on James. So JC read my article and liked it during one show. So I said hey, that's my shit. He said, kewl have a membership. I don't have enough time to read a fraction of what goes on in his community but they're pretty groovy. Occasionally I make a comment when moved to.

His videos are B+ production quality, sometimes A. He could really reach way more if he either applied a sense of humour and/or hired someone to punch up his content. He justifiably got in a feud with Sibel Edmonds. Tom Secker doesn't like JC though he wouldn't tell me why. Also, Corbett is not an atheist, though is agnostic but claims some spirituality. He's into Japanese chicks, or married one anyway. He's from Calgary. I don't know if this is even decent criticism.

No dirt on James.

    On what? that he opposed the Fed, and miraculously died in the Titanic when most of the wealthy passengers survived. IIRC he was personally invited by Morgan.

    Morgan made a spectacle of his own arrival clearly intended to make his presence known, and then discreetly disembarked with his property.

    Astor was an industrialist, who represented a significant portion of the manufacturing faction of the economy; back in a time when manufacturing dominated the US interested.

      That's not something that I've really investigated.

      MURDERING THE OPPOSITION

      The Federal Reserve did have some opposition. Three of the richest and most important of the opponents were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isador Strauss, the head of Macy’s Department Stores, and John Jacob Astor, probably the wealthiest man in the world. Their total wealth, at that time, using dollar values of their day was more than 500 million dollars. Today that amount of money would be worth nearly eleven billion dollars.

      These three men were coaxed and encouraged to board the floating palace. They had to be destroyed because the Jesuits knew these men would use their wealth and influence to oppose a Federal Reserve Bank as well as the various wars that were being planned.

      I haven't delved deeply into the pre-FED monetary politics.
