So you're a new account who buys things and then returns them? Just so you can have a look? Seriously?
Yeah, I think the sellers are reporting you as a fraud account, and that's not too far from the truth. Try buying a couple dozen things and getting a positive rating first.

You realize the sellers give YOU a rating too, right? And if that rating gets too low for either buyer or seller, EITHER can be suspended? I'm guessing "no".

Buying things and returning them is quite common on Taobao. You cant do that with everything obviously, but as stated by Snow, some places offer this as a service.
Think of it like Steam games and its 2 hour return policy.
