So, if an abusive, shitty dad makes sure you have a clean home and clean food, then it doesn't matter that he was abusive and shitty, right? What if he wasn't abusive, but he lied to you daily about God and Government, therefore neutering your ability to enter the adult world with any semblance of personal control? It's good that he worked that job, rather than teaching actual practicality and efficiency to his child, right?

It depends on the father. If you aren't benefiting at all (rent, food, necessities of life, etc.) then I agree with the meme.
