Does this help divers with learning to not only maneuver underwater caves but not freak out in spaces where they don't have room for movement?

It seems that way, they have little man-made diving caves to practice in, and I bet some of those are super-narrow, like you have to take off your tank and push it in front of you, kind of narrow.
