That is amazing to watch.

I wonder how owls communicate emotions. The facial feathers cover the face, and those eyes are piercing.
Even so, it doesn't appear upset.

Edit: It reminds me of this baby owl who appears to struggle with it's inability to pet a family member (dog).

It's facial feathers aren't developed, so it doesn't have the same serious looking appearance.
