Yes. Formula 1 tires are made to not last long, plus if the car qualified in the top ten they have to start the race on the same set of tires they qualified on.

Doesn't look like much but I wonder how pressured the dude's changing the tires are, if they trip or drop the tire they fucked it. That's incredibly fast.
