I mean, this is totally internalized misogynoir. I mean, how can this girl think she is above cultural perceptions of black people, just because she supports TW?

I honestly think it's fucked up, knowing that black women are socially and medically dismissed at higher rates than any other demographic, that black trans women and their experiences get to dominate, dictate, and speak for this oppressed group. Its even more shady considering that the black community has that "support our men, elevate our race" mentality. I mean, centering black tw is literally just an extension of that mentality which asks black women to keep their head down and their mouths shut in order to ensure that black men can assimilate into mainstream notions of success.
