Looks like the not so deadly Garter Snake. It's bite is extremely non-venomous. Hundreds of them gather every Spring in a big fuck fest to make a lot of baby snakes.

If I had been in Adam 's place in the garden, I probably would also have failed that test. But I thank the Lord that I can call on him for strength to resist any temptation. Jesus died on the cross for us so that his Holy Spirit gives us strength to overcome sin when we call on his name, when we pray like this: Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. So now, if the snake would try to tempt me, I would rely on Jesus for his help. But this snake today only stuck his tongue out at me, and then he slithered out of sight.

I'm not sure about the snake, but nice garden man. Looks very cozy and relaxing. I like all of your kid pool containers.

I do enjoy visiting the garden every day, as it is usually a peaceful place. My wife called the plastic pools a three-ring-circus and she would be embarrassed if the neighbors could see them. I'm getting ready for a hot and dry summer and want to keep as much water in the garden beds as possible.... The large plastic containers could help keep the plants well-watered.
