      Yeah, it's wild if you haven't tasted it before. Sweet and fruity. Habaneros are like that too, and I hear scotch bonnets. But it can be hard to taste the flavor with the immense heat.

      I put 3 of the sadder looking ones in a jar of vinegar, Filipinos apparently call it sinamak and use it as a dipping sauce. If I can't figure out anything else to do with the others, like the last 3 years past, they'll all go in the jar. Tastes really good mixed with soy sauce as a dip for fish. And it's neat the jar of flavored vinegar is three years in the making.
