It's nice in a dry herb vaporizer too. Won't get you high, but it tastes like sweetgrass and is mildly relaxing.

I occasionally consume it, you can just eat it, make it into a tea, or roll it with tobacco in a cigg. It can be nice if I'm having trouble sleeping.
