Who is "we"? The ruZ is directly opposed to America's and Europe's foreign outlook and policy. So an alliance would mean abandoning most of our principles, plans, desired direction for the world.

So when you said "we" I don't think you meant western nations like aus, uk, usa, europe, etc

Maybe you mean Nicaragua and Belarus and the Congo or whatever. Yeah nice enjoy your bright future. I don't think taking Moldova will be as easy as Ukraine.

The USA desires to maximize the number of democratic free market economies in the world.

That is how the most fords, del monte pineapples and hollywood marvel movies get sold. You can call it cynical but America desires to maximize the number of free humans who have spare cash to buy a coke.

The ruzzia on the other hand is a project whose aim is take over the world. Obedience to central authority will be rewarded when the ruzzians dominate the planet. Any amount of rape, corruption, torture and the suppression of individual liberties is excused, so long as it's done in favor of the goal of tsarist world domination.

So really there is no alignment between USA's foreign vision and the ruZ's.

America wants everyone to be free and wealthy enough to drive a GM.

Z wants obedience and domination.

There is no concurrence at all between the two nations. There would be no alliance, no shared goals. Imagine such an alliance exists, and ruZ decides that today they're going to annex democratic Armenia. I bet your imaginary allied USA just salutes and languidly observes as the tanks roll into Yerevan, splendid isolation.

Then the French decide le monde francophone will set a single tariff policy and challenge anyone to object.

The Brits who you hate, reinstate imperial preference. The euros who you hate collectively raise import duties against foreign products.

Now bretton woods is dead, nobody is driving a ford, nobody east of Bermuda has ever tried a coke, Americans' average income is halved, world war three is brewing, the UN is dead, spacex can't get any foreign geniuses and futurism is over, etc etc, all because you wanted to cheer on an Asian horde autocrat and pretend America succeeds in isolation.
