    Mediterranean people eat yoghurt and honey. You don't have to drink straight milk for milk to be valuable.

    The bible says multiple times to drink cow milk, not yoghurt. But it also mentions to eat curds (from milk).

    Does it hurt to know that modern jews are fake? That your entire identity is a lie? That Israel was a white nation who got infiltrated by browns and mixed race people like you.

    Curds are also not high in lactose. They are mostly protein, lactose is a sugar. Or do you think cheese is a sweet food?

    Still now in the middle east they drink fermented milk. It simply isn't cold enough to keep milk fresh. Or do you think they had fridge freezers in biblical times?
