See: Not every health-care "professional" is a full-scale idiot. Advice is often sound when interpreted "correctly".

And avoiding Tumblr most-likely helps (in a salutogenic sense) with mood. Why would you watch or read this mostly toxic shit anyway when you felt bad in the first place ?

This is just as insane as teenage girls looking on "other" instawhore thots to pathetically try to feel "better" when they felt bad about their body beforehand.
