Could be some of those, as they're as likely to be in the lower 80% as everyone else. But mainly because they were hornswoggled, hoodwinked, and sold a bill of goods. Their 'social institutions' were parasitized and they didn't even notice. So their humor diverges from reality a bit too much to contain the traditional humorous elements.
