Imo, continuous ongoing orgasm produces superior results to just 'once'.

I agree. But one must first achieve orgasm to make it continuous and ongoing.

I don't see why people have trouble with that. Maybe I never encountered any of the 'difficult cases', but the only challenge there is muscle fatigue.
