That is the power supply draw, it says nothing about actual radiated power.

yeah, if it isn't radiating that power, then it is lost as heat. So you either have many kW of microwave heating, or many kW of direct heating. Do you have any physics education? Not sure how tech to go with you

"Direct heating" is heat energy dissipated via convection, in the atmosphere, high up on the mast. Nobody is near enough to receive it , unless they climb the tower which would raise other issues. I would've mentioned some RF emissions studies for real world 5G implementations, but I have a feeling you'll reject them as fake news/conspiracies/etc.

whatever, dude. if you want to dissipate 11-18kW 'into the air', good luck with that. You are talking 5 red hot stove elements. Why pretend to understand what you are talking about?
A 64t64r MIMO array, each at 20-40W produces how much microwave energy? I'll do the math for you. 64+64 = 128. 128X 30W (average) equals 3.8kW. easy. So EACH antenna is putting out 3.8kW of power, with multiple antenna per tower.
