Yes, but we also must expose the principaliies of darkness. These words were not uttered by Yeshua but by submission this verse means to submit to the God-following ordinance of a king at that time.

If such ordinance works against God and tells us to do the same, forcibly; we must choose God instead. People pick this verse to try to tell others that Christians were meek fools who let evil reign, when they were continuously killed after Yeshua for not pronouncing that ceasar was God or refusing to partake in Roman entertainment that contrasts the TEACHINGS OF YESHUA.

We submit we do not revolt, for revolt is of a mistaken heart and our hearts seek God.

We preach the Gospel so others may follow and find salvation in Christ. A god fearig king who distributes the money is much different than a god-hating corporation we have today. If it ever gets to a time where we forcibly must choose between God or government, we choose the former.
