I'm not even sure he did it... how do you even know he's in prison? he is suppodely in the supermax where no one is allowed to visit. even the other imnates don't see him...hes in a special segeregated section like where el chapo is sopposedly at. from former head warden of adx florence "Staff would be restricted from El Chapo's area" If Guzman is sent there, Hood said he will likely never see another inmate.

they could have a highspeed train under the complex and whenever someone wasnts to verify hes there they put him on the train and he is there in couple minutes to put on the show.
