Where was this taken? I feel like most police forces have rules about what you can and can't do with your appearance. It's hard to project authority and confidence when you've got a corgi's docked tail glued to your forehead.

You are correct about all that, and will probably be relieved to know that this pic is photoshopped (not by me). I just posted it because saidit needs more content and the pic is funny. It's a Chicago police officer, and his actual hairstyle is perfectly reasonable
