About the Chrome logo:

A few minutes after posting, I realized I should have edited that too.

If you like, I can repost it with the Brave browser logo.

At least, Chrome is not Reddit.

The link, last edited Feb last year, says the following:

Brave will make a connection to (BAT token centralized endpoint) every time it is started up. It probably has something to do with their project of working with advertisers to provide more relevant targeted ads, which sounds pretty disgusting, but can be turned off ("Notify me about token promotions"). You can read more about it here[3].It will also make this request: (AWS endpoint) , which downloads the rulesets for HTTPS Everywhere.
