This is actually genius as it would stop shilling for wars immediately. It would however require some sort of ID verification process to use the internet though. Remember when people were scared over that being a thing? then slowly we realized that nobody at the top wants this as it disables bots and shills managing people's perceptions.

This would never work, the USA is full of Chicken Hawks, that are in favor of all wars as long as they never fight in them. The louder they call for war, the less chance they have ever, or would ever serve in one.

But long term, a military full of spineless cowards might serve to end the empire faster, so there may be SOME merit to the idea.
