For about the last twenty years you have been reading about French "youths" in the suburbs of Paris who were periodically burning cars and generally making a nuisance of themselves. Those "youths" are/were Algerian. My source is a Frenchman. Saying that the rioters were Algerian would be politically incorrect.

I'd actually respect that surrender Monkey if he encouraged the teaching of Chinese to prevent French youth from slipping into radicalism.
