This is literally the United Farm Workers flag. Created by Chavez himself. “A symbol is an important thing. That is why we choose an Aztec eagle. It gives pride,” said Chávez. “When people see it, they know it means dignity. To me, it looks like a strong, beautiful sign of hope.”
