How does disclosure work? Do you still have to declare a concealed handgun if you come into contact with the police?

From the top section of the Alabama bill:

to require persons to disclose a concealed pistol or firearm to a law enforcement officer under certain conditions

I didn't read the whole bill to see what those conditions are
