Know any good wallet / crypto buying sites? Specifically I want to get LBRY crypto - but I don't have a smart phone.

No. Im a stock guy not a crypto guy. At this moment Im mostly out of stocks. Says a lot

Congrats probably. The economy is headed off a cliff in my opinion and there is no safe harbour. I'm too young to have serious money. Not a retiree that can double his entire retirement in 1 year. Up 57% yoy. The elite make money off of boom and bust. I will ignore stocks for 6 mo and see what happens
