A stock index fund because the elite will crush the moronic masses.

Guns are forever.

Cryptos are probably more vulnerable to fluctuations (volatility) and possible legal restrictions. PM (precious metals) have more downsides, but you don't need fancy technology, you only need security (accounting is by "bearer" owns it), and silver is bulky and HEAVY. That's a load for bearers to bear. (Look out for those Bears!)

Monero because it's the only real non-surveillance coin & gold because bling.

Depends on your goals and your beliefs. I wouldn't put money into anything that would increase my complicity with the financial system or this society.

Silver has peaked, I'm going crypto. 9% return in a few days so far. Compound and Uniswap, and Lumens were my best performers but everything is up.

Once you have enough storable food and water... ammo isn't bad. I knew bitcoin was corrupted as soon as I saw ads for it. I still think crypto has a lot of evolving to do before I trust it over silver.

If bitchcoin disappeared nothing of value would be lost and it would not be missed. If silver disappeared it affects investors, jewellery, electronics, solar panel mfg.…

There's billions of dollars in cryptocurrency. I have no problems that: crypto is not tangible, that I do not understand how it works, and that I suspect it's a pyramid scheme. I can make better money off it than any other investment and that's all that matters.

I love silver, and it's made me money, but it's a tumbling from its highest levels since the middle of '13. Wait till it drops to $17 and take another crack at it, but right now it's just losing value and I believe that trend will continue.

What is down now because of covid which will be going up next year?

Airlines, high street shops, bars and eat-in restaurants? Maybe baby stuff is going to go up.

I think people are going to go crazy next summer which could well mean they start selling some of their crypto and investments.

Whatever you do expect to invest long-term for results rather than making a profit over a couple of weeks.
