This mechanism is what props up much of the stock market, so it's interesting to see them limit this. I wish they'd do something similar in the US, but they want the stock market to go up as much as possible, so in the US they probably love the companies buying up their own stock with the bailout money because it makes the stock market go up

I wonder what other loop holes they will find. (ie. big bonuses, etc)
