If you want to reduce your appetite ADHD stimulants sound preferable to taking a diabetes drug that makes you overproduce insulin and gives you low blood sugar, but thats just me

This isn't the comment I requested.

Ok...well...it's a terrific idea, if you are overweight enough to consider Ozempic you are probably well on your way to type 2 diabetes anyway

The opposite really. Blood sugar and blood pressure have always been on the low side.

I'm just still going through my midlife crisis.

I lost 15 pound already.

If your blood sugar is on the low side ozempic might make you pass out. I agree with Phooey that stims are a better idea, especially with low bp. Get some Adderall.

I lost 15 pounds already.

Then just keep doing what you're doing.

Joking aside, my honest opinion: If you have low blood sugar, Ozempic might not be the best idea. I would strongly consider the stims, especially since those tend to raise your blood pressure due to vasoconstricting effects, which for many people would be bad, but not for you. If you are choosing side effects for appetite suppression, given the few particulars I know of your biology (low blood sugar, low bp), I personally would opt for the stimulants if I was already decided on chemically intervening to lose a few pounds
