I'm suspicious this is mostly a filter.

How did she not lose the fat from her forehead?

Back when I read their Kiwi Farms thread, some people hypothesized that she had some condition that causes the forehead lump, rather than it just being fat. I guess if we see anything of her that isn't filtered then they may have been correct.
