They Ought to Make a Device That is the Opposite of a Pedometer. Call it a Lazometer. It Should Measure the Amount of Time the Wearer is Inactive.

A fitbit type thing already does this.

Mine used to buzz after half an hour of stillness (not at night obvs).

This meant I'd make myself a coffee every half hour when I was relaxing so I'm not sure it did that much good.
