Fat shaming doesn't work unfortunately.

They feel sorry for themselves then comfort eat more.

Best to do regular home cooked meals and look into low carb diets.

Have you tried to tell him to lose weight? Is he depressed? Just tie him to the back of your car and drive at a pace that makes it feel uncomfortable for him to walk but enough to not make him topple over.

I heard there were success stories on the old subreddit. Of people actually losing weight. Is that true? It seems like it should work, right? But all I read is that fat shaming is bad/unhelpful. Which doesn't make sense to me. idk.
