Oxygen is a killer. The more you breathe, the faster you'll die. Calm people breathe less. When relaxation becomes extreme, breathing almost stops. Melanin is older than mitochondria, it can produce energy without breathing. Turtles rely on it to live longer.

Our mind needs stimulation to develop. Complex flexible feet may have hidden advantages.
