Thanks for making this sub. I wish I'd thought of it. I love the truth-seeking and political stuff, but I'm shifting away from that towards /s/solutions, /s/sustainability, and fulfilling results and such. This could become my new favourite sub and I'll be posting here as often as is relevant. Perhaps this comment isn't action oriented enough, but my posts will be. If you'd like a custom banner and/or CSS lemme know and I can didit for you.

Is this meant to have overlaps with concepts like s/getmotivated?

Apologies for the late rely.

It's meant to provide an environment that forces participants to engage in a productive way. So, maybe somewhat similar?

I did not mean it to be a place to come for inspiration, to see what other people did. The idea is not that it's a place to post accomplishments you're proud of, but rather a place to force productive engagement. If you post something, it should be because a) posting it will help others and so you want them to see it, or b) you are looking for help with a step in something you are actively doing. (Or if it's a comment, because you're providing actionable advice.)

It's kindof a play on "saidit". Kindof along the lines of "talk is cheap". Well if we have a place to say things (not necessarily productive), what if we had a place to do things? So: "didit".

Maybe my comment here helps clarify if the above text is still unclear.
