Since 2015, the number of unarmed black men being killed by police has fallen below 10 per year. More police officers are killed by blacks than unarmed blacks killed by police officers in 2018 and 2019.

First: Nice truncated graph. Surely completely accidental and in no way deliberately misleading.

Second: Some criminals are going to shoot the police. Thats bad, but the blame is on the criminal. On the other hand, police should never, ever kill unarmed people and if they do, they are fully to blame. So the tweet compares criminals with the police on a scale of "look, for two years now, the police is better than the criminals in a certain way." That is nothing to be proud of.
