There's no one trapped in the wrong gender.

I myself was desperate to be a boy my whole childhood but the feeling completely disappeared at 16. This is completely normal for gender non conforming kids. Sexuality and gender (personality as well) are established over the whole process of growing up and the hormones involved, not just at birth. Even the ones who don't desist at puberty usually find they can live as gender non conforming adults just fine without being trans.

They usually only become trans if abuse is involved as they blame their bodily sex for attracting their abusers. One famous HSTS in the UK just public a whole book about him being a rent boy being passed around and raped by adult men at 14. Another HSTS I speak to has said he was raped twice by gay men before he transitioned and has had no problems since so no way is he going back to presenting as male even through he knows now he's not born in the wrong body.

Maybe. I allow it may be present in the really rare ones, the intersex, and the thai/ pinoy lady bois doing it before it was a social fad/kink. Could happen.

The girl my niece dated, I always always suspected she wanted to be a boy because getting tits and unwanted attention from boys scared her.

Intersex people aren't trans.

Ladyboys are gay men in a homophobic society.
