How can the right reclaim influence in cities or Universities?

In some recent twitter posts by Redeemed Zoomer, he says that the right must retake the cities as they are the beacons of influence and how society is steered. He gives examples how the bolsheviks despite losing the 1917 election seized power due to the influence and support base they had on Russian cities and how the more right wing Russian countryside couldn't do much to counter this. He says that right wingers should stop retreating to the countryside and try to retake cultural institutions like universities.

He doesn't really provide any means on how to do this though and with how dogmatic leftists are in their believe along with possessing the ability to effectively destroy someones life over night, this is no easy task. Most cities across the West are leftist mainly due to mass non White immigration as well as the White populace either being self hating cosmopolitans or pushed away from the right due to their shitty reaganite economic stances. I can't think of really any solidly right wing major city, even cities like Budapest and Moscow are leftist. Do you agree with his position and how do you think the right can go about reclaiming the cities?

Reclaiming the universities is just starting. Conservative donors, like myself, have stopped donating to our undergraduate and graduate institutions.

My undergraduate institution has stopped showing nothing but shit skins in their news magazines. They started showing majority white, like in their population. They even sent a note asking how we liked the “new content.”

Community building, money maxing and the right use of propaganda. That's why defending places like this matters. The #1 reason why opposition groups fail to influence others is how isolated they are, both literally and ideologically. It's a harsh reality.

Become revolutionary and progressive. RW politics is too plebian/rural conservative it repels cultured and artistic types.
