It would make sense if the parents are high IQ. This means that it is high IQ whites who are race mixing with high IQ Asians. Or alternatively, that high IQ asians are the ones who have access to mixing with whites.

What about when Korean & Japanese and White mix? It results in 106.65 IQ which is between Korean & Japanese 110.05 IQ and White 100 IQ.

Could it be sampling issue? Maybe need at least 100 or more for each ethnicity?

1) Sampling issue
2) Race mixing produces better offspring
3) Race mixing parents have higher average IQ than the average from either race of the parents
4) Race mixing parents create a unique IQ boosting environment

To me, 3 seems more likely, as we do have a selection process going on, which means the race mixed individual isn't a random selection, where we would expect to see the average of the races. We also see that black+white is the average, so it is something special going on with Whites and Asians specifically.

What's important to remember is that even though this White+Asian group has higher than average white IQ, that doesn't mean that this is beneficially necessarily in terms of IQ, because it could very well be that these Whites would've had even higher IQ children had they paired up with other high IQ whites.
It would require much more research into it to make any sort of conclusions

Oh I think that makes sense. I think I saw data that people with graduate level degrees are more likely to race mix.
