Remember there where Spanish people in the Americas around the same time as the French and British. Florida, Cuba, Texas, California use to be under their control.

But as for current figures, it's anywhere from 1.4 million to 10 million.

Edit: And there's also Portuguese Americans too. They total 1.3 million or 0.42% of the total population.

Great info. Shame that America is mostly full of Hispanics that don't care about their education, refuse to speak English, commit crime, and pump out kids like rabbits.
