Physically near impossible for anything from other star systems to come to earth intact intentionally, considering most planets that could harbor life are hundreds of millions of lightyears away.

That's an argument from ignorance. Just because you can't imagine it doesn't mean it can't be done.

I didn't say it can't be done I said it's highly improbable. Humans have only been broadcasting radio waves for the last century or so. So that means the only detectable measure of intelligent life on our planet within our known history has only existed for that long. Which means that only those who exist within 100 light years have even a theoretical possibility of being aware of human life.

I think UFOs have a better chance of being entities from Earth or nearby that have coexisted with mankind throughout history, described in our past legends as angels and gods and demons.

They could have had probes in our solar system for a very long time. We wouldn't even know about it.
